Introduction
Prof. MRS Rao obtained his Ph.D. AT the Indian Institute of Science. He was a Research Associate and Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine, before returning to IISc. He was Professor and Chairman of the Department of Biochemistry, IISc. He is now the President of JNCASR.
