dc.description.abstract |
A lanthanum mixed dicarboxylate of the formula [La-2(C2O4)(2)(C6H8O4)(H2O)(2)] containing metal oxalate layers connected by adipate and oxalate units has been synthesized hydrothermally. Hexagonal channels occur along the c-axis of this material. It has been possible to isolate another mixed dicarboxylate of the formula [La-2(C2O4)(C4H4O4)(2)(H2O)(4)](⋅)4H(2)O containing metal succinate layers connected by oxalate units. © 2005 Elsevier SAS.
