dc.description.abstract Nebulized spray pyrolysis has been employed to deposit thin films of cation-deficient LaMnO3 on LaAlO3(100) substrates. The epitaxial nature of these films has been established by x-ray diffraction as well as high-resolution electron microscopy of the interface. The films show similar to 95% magnetoresistance around 210 K at 6 T. en_US
