Abstract:	A novel compound of the formula Ag-2. CA (CA = cyanuric acid) possessing Ag sheets and hydrogen-bonded CA chains, exhibits anisotropic conductivity and acts as an infinite parallel plate capacitor with a high dielectric constant.
