| Abstract: | 1. CSP-TTK21 could be delivered orally to the mice brain. 2. Oral delivery of CSP-TTK21 shows similar activity as IP administration. 3. CSP-TTK21 induces Long term potentiation (LTP) in hippocampal slices without altering the basal synaptic transmission. 4. CSP-TTK21 could rescue LTP deficits in Syngap1 heterozygous mouse model for Intellectual Disability (ID). |
