Abstract:
Nanotubes and nanowires of CdSe and CdS have been obtained from solutions containing a surfactant such as Triton 100-X. They have been characterized by x-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, and optical spectroscopy. (C) 2001 American Institute of Physics.
