that includes structural and functional features, conformational changes involved in the process
of catalysis, chemical mechanism of phosphoribosylation, metabolic significance of these
enzymes, moonlighting functions of human hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyltransferase
and strategies for inhibitor design against Plasmodium falciparum hypoxanthine guanine
xanthine phosphoribosyltransferase. This survey is not fully exhaustive and covers only
relevant published work." |
